Rev. Frederick V. LaMarr, Pastor
   A devoted husband married to his teenage sweet heart 
   Michelle Lynn Bogan in 1984. With one beautiful 
   Daughter; Micahya in 1997, lifelong resident of 
   Columbus, Ohio. Product of 
Columbus City School; East 
   High Class of 1978, Attended 
Columbus Business 
   University (Present Columbus State). Studied Work of 
   the Pastor at Moody Bible Institute (Chicago Ill.), 
   Studies the 
Greek and Hebrew Language at the Eastern 
   Union Bible College. 
Obtained B.A in Ministry and a 
   M.A. Degree  in Biblical 
Counseling; Master Graduate 
  School of Divinity, Evansville, Indiana.
A 2004, 24-year retired managerial employee of Big Bear Stores. Spring of 1997  Installed as Senior Pastor of Family 
Missionary Baptist Church. 2002 CEO   Reaching   Higher Heights Care 
Center.  
Recipient of numerous awards including the ADAMH Ripple of Hope Award, and the 
Columbus Teacher Association Dr. Martin L King Jr.  Humanitarian Award. Co- 
Founder of Ministries 4 Movement. (A purposeful activation of street 
organizing specializing in gang activity and acclimating broken spirits through 
devoted church and community connections). A passionate writer of various 
books and pamphlets. 
In 2014 through  investments with Bounce23TV he’s launched and host Columbus 
highly rated Talk Show “Pulse of the City”. 1st Vice President 
of the United Missionary Baptist State Convention. 2018 Elected President of the 
Columbus Baptist Pastors’ Conference, numerous committee positions among the 
National, State and Local Baptist Ecclesiastical Ranks. Volunteer Service; 
Franklin County Juvenile Advisory Board, Chaplin Juvenile Detention Center, 
Juvenile Restorative Justice Circle and Franklin County Sherriff Clergy. 
Through his purposeful and passionate practice, he continues to impact the daily 
lives of those who have been Marginalize, Ostracized and Politicized.
